私隱政策 — MKCCC 教會應用程式

米頓堅華人基督教會（「MKCCC」、「我們」）營運 MKCCC 流動應用程式（「本程式」）。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、如何使用，以及您的權利。就英國資料保護法（UK GDPR）而言，我們是資料控制者。

- 裝置權杖：用於傳送教會通知的推送權杖。
- 技術資料：營運服務所需的基本、非識別性記錄。
2. 我們使用的權限
- 位置：僅用於偵測您與教會藍牙信標 (iBeacon) 的距離以記錄出席。我們不會收集、追蹤或儲存您的 GPS 位置。
- 藍牙：用於偵測教會信標。
- 相機：用於掃描會友／QR 碼以登入及記錄出席。
- 通知：用於傳送教會消息。
您可隨時在裝置設定中更改或撤回上述權限。
3. 我們如何使用資料
僅用於提供教會功能：會友登入、出席、週刊、證道、代禱、投票、活動消息及通知。我們不會出售您的個人資料，亦不會用於廣告。
4. 儲存與保安
您的資料儲存於我們自設的安全伺服器，並以存取控制保護。我們僅在教會行政所需期間保留資料。
5. 第三方服務
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — 傳送推送通知（僅處理裝置權杖）。
- Google Calendar — 嵌入顯示教會行事曆。
- Open-Meteo — 天氣顯示（不分享個人資料）。
上述服務商按其各自的私隱政策處理資料。
6. 您的權利
您可要求查閱、更正或刪除您的個人資料，並可隨時撤回同意。請以下列方式聯絡我們。
7. 兒童
本程式供教會會友使用。未經家長或監護人適當同意，我們不會在知情下收集兒童資料。

Privacy Policy — MKCCC Church App

Milton Keynes Chinese Christian Church ("MKCCC", "we", "us") operates the MKCCC mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are the data controller under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
1. Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with a login code or member QR card, we process your member ID and name to identify you.
- Attendance records: when you check in to worship, we record the date, time and method (QR scan, beacon, or manual).
- Prayer and voting: prayer requests you submit and votes you cast.
- Device token: a push-notification token so we can send you church updates.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying logs needed to operate the service.
2. Permissions we use
- Location: used solely to detect proximity to the church's Bluetooth iBeacon for attendance check-in. We do NOT collect, track or store your GPS location.
- Bluetooth: to detect the church iBeacon.
- Camera: to scan member/QR codes for login and attendance.
- Notifications: to deliver church announcements.
You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
3. How we use your information
We use it only to provide church functions: member sign-in, attendance, bulletins, sermons, prayer, voting, event news and notifications. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored on our own secure server and protected by access controls. We retain it only as long as needed for church administration.
5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications (processes the device token only).
- Google Calendar — embedded to display the church calendar.
- Open-Meteo — weather display (no personal data shared).
These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details below.
7. Children
The App is intended for church members. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced within the App or by the church.
